What Size T-Bolts Work With the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack

I have measured the t slot in top of these cross bars but am having a hard time lining up the measurements with an actual t slot bolt head size. What size t slot bolt head will work in the t slot in these bars?

The manufacturer does not call out a specific size t-bolt that must be used with the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack part # MPG216. This information would do you no good anyhow as roof rack accessories don't call out the size of the t-bolt used in their kits either. The size is standardized for the most part so if the crossbars have channels or tracks and the accessory states that it can be used in channels or tracks then it's safe to assume the two are compatible.

That said, if you are trying to modify hardware that comes in a kit or trying to create your own custom application, the best advice I have for you is to take a trip to your local hardware as we don't offer universal t-bolts for crossbar channels.
