Helpful Expert Reply:
For the Double RV Waste Valves - Sewer Wye - 3" Fixed Hub and 1-1/2" Rotating Hub # T38 the internal dimension of the black tank hub is 3.5" to allow for a 3" pipe to slide into it and the internal dimension of the gray water tank hub is 1-15/16" to allow for a 1-1/2" pipe to slide into. The bayonet end that has you would hook up a drain pipe to has a 3" inner diameter.
To attach these hubs to their respective pipes you'll need some Valterra ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303 as well.
