For your 2021 Ford F-350 super duty long bed with factory rails I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3305. This has a gross towing weight of 25,000lbs and max vertical load limit of 6,250lbs, but it is always recommended to check your owner's manual to verify what your vehicle's towing capacities are.

The hitch has 3 different height settings and can be adjusted from 16-3/4" - 18-3/4" and also provides dual jaws for more contact which means less chucking. There is a fully articulating head on this hitch which provides plenty of front to back or side to side movement for driving on unlevel surfaces.
