Im looking to replace the end cap on my T2 Pro XT Hitch Rack. I have the end cap already, but I need the screw and the washer to assemble it.

If you are looking to insert the Replacement Tray Endcap for Thule T2 Pro XT Platform Bike Racks # 8528006001, you are correct that you need one screw and one washer per end cap. For the screw, you need the Replacement Self Tapping Screw for Thule T2 Pro Platform Bike Racks - 4.8mm # 8528100001. For the washer, you need the Replacement M6 Washer for Thule Roof Mounted, Hitch Mounted and Truck Bed Mounted Accessories # 951061254.
It is important to note that both the screws and the washers come with a quantity of 1. If you wish to replace both of your end caps on your T2 Pro XT, you will need to order 2 of each.
