Does the RM-524435-5 require any special cables to secure the base plate to the frame like the blue ox base plate.

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit, # RM-524435-5 is supplied with all needed hardware for installation. This base plate kit is not designed with same type cables as the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX2645.
