Why is the 60inch Wingbar Evo not confirmed to fit the Kia Telluride when the 53inch Wingbar Evo fits fine? Would there be a reason the longer bars couldnt be installed on the same fit kit and feet?

The reason why 60-inch WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520 are not rated to fit your 2022 Kia Telluride is because the WingBars have attachment slits on the bottom where it connects to the Evo Flush Rail Feet # TH710601 with the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet - 186095 # TH77JV. If the crossbars are too long and your roof is too narrow, the slit where the feet connects to the crossbar will not extend far enough to connect, which is the case with the 60-Inch Wingbars. I went ahead and attached a picture of the lower attachment channel on the crossbars. If you end up going with this crossbar system, you have the ability to add the Lock Cores # TH450200 for extra security. It is important to note that the Thule WingBars are only available if your 2022 Kia Tellruide has flush factory side rails.

If you have a bare-roof vehicle, you will need a different setup. For a bare roof setup, Yakima does have 60-inch crossbars that are confirmed to fit your vehicle:
