The NOCO GEN On-Board Battery Charger - AC to DC - Waterproof - 3 Bank - 12V - 15 Amp # NOC94FR does work with 3 lithium batteries as long as they have a BMS (battery management system) such as the The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR.
A better option for you may be the OptiMate Lithium 4s Smart Battery Charger - AC to DC - 12V - 4 Bank - 0.8 Amps # MA97JR which works without a battery management system. It has built-in BMS protection and charges up to 4 lithium batteries at a time. I attached a demonstration video for this charger.
