Question:
I have a Swagman XC 2 and I just got an Rad Runner Plus e bike. It has 3.3 inch fat tires and does not quite fit on the wheel mount on the XC2. Will the S64694 work on this rack?

According to the folks at Swagman, the # S64694 wheel trays will NOT work on the # S64650 Swagman XC bike rack. The good news is that there ARE fat-tire bike compatible wheel hoops that WILL work with your rack. We offer them as part # S64674. The hoops will accommodate tires up to 5 inches wide.
This being said, even with wider wheel hoops installed on the bike rack, you'll still be limited by the capacity of the rack which is 35 lbs per bike. According to what I found online, the Rad Runner plus is quite a bit more than that.
The Swagman Current, part # S64678 could be a better choice for you if your e-bike can be lightened to 60 lbs or less by removing the battery pack. The Current handles bikes up to 60 lbs each with tires up to 5 inches in width.
I've linked to a product demonstration video for the Swagman # S64678 Current bike rack.
