Yes, I confirmed with Pacer that the Pacer Performance Hi-Five LED Truck Cab Light Kit # PP20-244 will fit your 2006 Hummer H3. The LED light kit has a positive and negative pigtail on them that can be attached using your current running-light setup. In addition, the lights # PP20-244C and the # PP20-244S will fit your 2006 Hummer H3 as well.
