Your 2016 Ford Focus ST is compatible with the Thule Evo Clamp Feet, part # TH710501. Unfortunately, the Thule roof rack parts come a' la carte, so the feet do not come with locks. You can get the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4, part # TH450400, to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. The Thule roof rack you need for your 2016 Ford Focus consists of the following:

Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4, part # TH710501, and the

This roof rack has a weight limit of 110 lbs. The Thule WingBar has a t-channel that accepts channel mounted accessories and also accessories that clamp the crossbar.
