We don't have an extension ladder made specifically for your 2004 Fleetwood Flair but we do have the Surco RV Ladder Extension # SP504L. This extension won't get you the full 70" from the bottom of your RV's ladder but it is 30-1/2" long, lightweight, and made of heavy-gauge aluminum which is durable and rustproof.
It also has padded, adjustable feet that rest on the bumper for added stability.
