Can Snappads Normally Turn By Hand When Installed on Jack Foot

I put snap pads on and can spin around the jack feet. Is this normal?

If you can spin your SnapPads like part # SP34FR74 by hand they are too loose and they need to be tightened. There's a 15/16 inch bolt in the center bottom of the foot pad that needs to be tight.
