The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs I recommend for a 2021 Nissan Titan is part # HSSF which is designed to be used with the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles part # TDHP. In order to confirm fit you'll need to make sure you have 2" of space beneath lip of bed rail and the external bed rail width cannot exceed 5-1/2".
