Adapter For Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Wide Tire Wheel Hoop To Fit 20" Tires

Question:
I have a Hollywood rack for my Pedego Trail Tracker with 4inch tires and love it. It came with 2 sets of tire holders for 4inch tires. I just bought the Pedego Element with 20inch x 4inch tires. They seem to to far down in the holder to where the strap is not securing the rim tight. Is there an attachment to shorten the length of the tire holder and rise the tires?

You need the Small Wheel Hoop Adapter # HLY24FR for your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider bike rack 1455Z-E. This adapter will attach to the front of the tire holder and raise the wheel up in your current rack so that the strap will hold like you are needing.
