I confirmed with Roadmaster, and the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524452-5 will indeed fit your 2018 Ford F-250 with adaptive cruise control. Then you can add a tow bar such as Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520, a light wiring kit Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247, and a supplemental braking system Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR. You will also need Safety Cables BX88197. I attached demonstration videos for you.
