I do have a recommendation for a coupler lock for your square coupler. I recommend the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers # FA86-0015-318. I recommend the Fastway Universal Lock because it is made to fit various couplers, including square ones like yours. Also, the bolted lock is internal to prevent prying and the key mech is rounded to make it more difficullt to pick. Finally, it fits couplers up to 4" wide and the shackle is 6" long top to bottom, Those measurements indicate that it will fit your coupler. I have attached a video review and photos with the measurements. Other options include the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" Couplers - Aluminum # BLTL-33-40D and AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock for Square, 2" Ball Couplers - Ductile Cast Iron # AMP84FR.

I can't be sure how the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers # DT25013KA and the coupler lock you purchased compare, but I can say we've had multiple reviews complimenting the durability and strength of this lock. Something to remember is these locks are theft deterrents, the best anti-theft products are the ones that require the most effort to steal. I think the Fastway Coupler Lock is built strong enough and has the design to provide maximum security. I do have a recommendation for a longer locking hitch pin. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Lock w/ Pick-Proof Key - 3" Hitches - Flush - 4" Span - Zinc # 63260 is the one I would recommend. The diameter of this locking hitch pin can be used as either 3/4" or 5/8" with the adjustable sleeve that is included.
