Question:
I have a 2013 Honda Civic EX. I have no existing rails or crossbars. Does this Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49inch Long - Qty 2 Item # RRVA126B-2, come with everything you need included or do you have to purchase the additional parts to attach to the roof.

The part you mentioned is just the crossbars, and you will need a couple more things in order to mount a roof rack to your 2013 Honda Civic sedan, which are the legs and the fit kit. The crossbars will attach to the legs, and the fit kit is the custom part that is made specifically for your vehicle to allow a fit. I'll list out the exact parts you need for your '13 Civic:
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2
- Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA
- Custom DK Fit Kit # DK319
You made a really nice choice going with the Rhino-Rack roof rack for your Civic, because it is the best value for a roof rack; the quality is the same (or higher) than similar brands, but at a better price point. Essentially, what you get with Rhino-Rack is a durable, quiet roof rack without having to pay to have a certain brand name on the crossbars.
I have added some links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
