Does Fastway Flip Fold-Up Jack Foot FA88-00-4500 Work on Casita Travel Trailer
Published 08/20/2021 >
Question:
Would this item work on a 17foot Casita Travel Trailer? Would I need to cut the jack leg or can it be installed without doing that? Also what height should I order 4 or 6 inch? If installation is necessary maybe you can suggest other type of jack foots than can be purchased without the need for installation? Im tired of having to leave blocks underneath my jack. Sincerely,

Expert Reply:
As long as your jack's inner leg has an outer dimension of 2 inches the Fastway Flip Automatic Fold-Up Jack Foot # FA88-00-4500 would fit and work great. You do have to drill a hole in the jack's inner leg to install this which you can see at the attached review video link. This is the 4 inch version which works the best for more applications and would be what I would recommend. While drilling is an extra step it's worth it in the long run for an easier use over time and you wouldn't have to worry about remembering to bring a block with you or worry about it falling off.
