You would need to have Ford install their puck system in your 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty to use the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # BWRVK3300.

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # BWRVK3500-5W with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1116-5W. This below bed kit will allow you to quickly and easily drop in your Companion hitch and go or will also let you install a gooseneck ball for gooseneck trailers.
