Question:

I see you advised on a 2016 VW eos that it could be towed behind a motorhome using a dolly, But does the same apply to a 2011 VW Eos Komfort?

I'm not able to locate any information specific to the 2011 Volkswagen Eos Komfort edition and the best place for direction on any flat towing procedures will be the owner's manual.

With that said, the 2011 VW Eos is generally able to be towed using a dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1, but you will want to confirm in the owner's manual that the Komfort edition also can be towed with the rear wheels down.

If the owner's manual states that the vehicle must be towed with all 4 wheels off the ground, you will need to secure a car trailer that allows you to do this. I've linked a short review video of the Roadmaster tow dolly for you to check out, as well.
