Will Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel w/ +5 mm Offset - 15inch x 5inch Rim - 4 on 9.44 - Silver fit? What does 5mm offset refer too?

Based on the picture you sent in the Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel w/ +5 mm Offset - 15" x 5" Rim - 4 on 9.44 - Silver # AM20395 you were looking at is the correct replacement wheel for your 1988 Kit Companion Model 251 5th wheel trailer.

You can confirm this by measuring your bolt pattern following the included help article. As long as you get 9.44", which I believe you will, this will be correct.

The + 5mm offset means that the the hub face of the wheel is 5mm forward of the centerline of the wheel. 5mm is not much so this should still be fine.
