Yes the B and W fifth wheel rail kit part # BWRVK2604 does fit your 2021 Ram 1500 with a gas engine and a 5-1/2 foot bed. Since your truck bed is shorter than 6 feet there's only slider hitch that could slide back far enough to give you the turning clearance you'd need and that's the Demco Hijacker Autoslide part # DM8550040 which can slide back 22-1/2 inches. This is about twice as much as a standard slider hitch.

Or you could go with a fixed hitch like the Patriot # BWRVK3255 with a Sidewinder pin box and the wedge # SWW-06.

Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have now in order to pick out the correct one.

There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.

Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.
