Troubleshooting A Jensen Stereo System With DVD Video Issues

Question:
We have a Jensen AWM968 Audio system in our RV with a Furion FHD LED TV FEFS50T9A When ing a DVD, we get sound, but no picture, weve checked and re-checked cables. Have tried all source/input options on both the TV and the audio remote, and still just sound. Is there something else that we can check? Thank you

If you're getting sound but no picture and have already checked the cables then the video port on either your stereo or tv is bad and will require replacement. To test for which one is the cause you can use a separate DVD player with RCA ports on the TV and a different tv with RCA ports on the stereo. Once you find out which one is causing the issue you can reply back and I can find the correct replacement for your needs.
