Can the Solera Awnbrella Support be Added to Carefree Awning?

Question:
Seems that the installation is drilling holes into the awning tube and mounting brackets to the RV. I have a Carefree awning rather than a Sunbrella on the RV. But there is no support brackets for the Carefree. Does it seem reasonable that the installation of Awnbrella support arms will work on a Carefree awning?

The Solera Awnbrella Support Kit for 8' Projection RV Awning - 3 Pack # LC362237 is designed to work with most 8' projection awnings that are between 14' and 18' wide. Though I could not find anything about these being used with a Carefree awning, as long as the measurements match your awning, you will be good to go.
