If the 2021 Jeep Gladiator is ordered with the max tow package is there an additional harness need to install the Curt Spectrum on this vehicle?

To install the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller # C51170 on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator with the max tow package you will need the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter # C55FR. This wiring adapter will plug into the factory connector behind your dash and into the Curt Spectrum controller. I have linked a very detailed installation video below of this install performed on a 2020 Gladiator for you to reference the installation process.

You can mount the Curt Spectrum anywhere that works best for you, but be sure that the main module is secured in place and will not move as otherwise the internal sensors could cause the proportional braking to not work properly.
