Will this Mounting Bracket fit Pro Series 5000 lbs. side wind weld-on round jack? I need a mounting plate that i can weld to my trailer for this Jack

I have another option for you, but the Replacement Mounting Bracket # TJB-MB you were looking at will not work with your jack.
For your Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Sidewind # PS1401440303 you will need the Bulldog 2-1/4" Long, Weld-On Jack Pipe Mount # BD015279. This will give you the weld on attachment point you are looking for.
