Question:
I would like to replace my dometic 300 with the 320, however, the back of my current dometic 300 fits almost against the wall. Will the 320 fit or is there a way I can modify the wall to make it fit? Suggestions and thanks.

The Dometic 300 Toilet, # DOM64FR has a total length of 19-3/4" with a minimum distance from wall to center of 8-1/2". The Dometic 320, # DOM87FR is overall length of 22" with a minimum distance from wall to center of 11". If you are up against the wall already this will doubtfully fit properly. Without understanding the construction of your RV I cannot recommend possible modifications that would allow fitment. Please note the attached images.
If you let me know what the features of the 320 are that you like I will attempt to find a replacement for your 300 series that include what you want and will meet fitment requirements.
