The Curt A20 # C16992 5th wheel hitch which is a fit for 2020+ GM trucks equipped with the factory prep/puck system the hitch IS compatible with rotating pin boxes as long as the proper wedge is used. It's the Curt Q-Series 5th wheel hitches like the # C57FR that shouldn't be used with a rotating pin box. The axial bearing used in the hitch head would allow too much movement and possibly an additional point of rotation, so Curt tells us that folks shouldn't use the Q Series hitches with rotating pin boxes like the Reese Revolution, Reese Sidewinder or Lippert Turning Point.
To prevent the king pin from rotating in the hitch jaws, you'll want to use a wedge like # C16992 which bolts to the underside of the Revolution's arm and forces the pin box to rotate at its junction with the RV, instead of where the jaws meet the king pin which is what provides the extra cab clearance.
