The Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C47FR which is a fit for 2020+ GM trucks equipped with the factory prep/puck system, IS compatible with rotating pin boxes as long as the proper wedge is used. It's the Curt A and Q-Series 5th wheel hitches that shouldn't be used with a rotating pin box. The axial bearing used in the hitch head would allow too much movement and possibly an additional point of rotation.
To prevent the king pin from rotating in the hitch jaws, you'll want to use a wedge like # C16991 which bolts to the underside of the Revolution's arm and forces the pin box to rotate at its junction with the RV, instead of where the jaws meet the king pin which is what provides the extra cab clearance.
