Handle Assembly and Brake Assembly Parts Installation Order

Need order of installation for brake on handle assembly.

The MORryde Manual Storage Reel # MR47RR has a lot of parts that are involved in the handle assembly. I have added a picture to help see the order.
First onto the machined drum piece you will slide 2 white plastic washers. Then there are 3 wave washers and 3 steel washers. Nest will be the Crank arm, followed by the big washer, lock washer and tension knob.
