This fit perfectly in our 2023 Reatta Motorcoach. Easy installation (with a little help). Provides so much more room, easier access to all items.
Overall this is a helpful addition to my RV front storage area. My only negative comment is on the design of the unit. In middle of the tray a cross support extends below the rest of the clearance the sliding tray requires to open fully. The instructions don't comment on this. I am going to have to reinstall the unit with about a 3/8" spacer under the slide tray frame to clear my opening at the door. The way it sits now I can slide the tray out about half way and then lift the end of the tray up to get over my door frame.
The middle support could have been designed thinner or put inside the tray. IMO
Tray arrived with the boxed all taped up on the top. After opening it everything was there just a few of scrapes on the side like it had been dragged around which is probably what opened up the box. I wasn't pleased about but I got through it and got it installed. I would like to mention that the roller mounting bolts stick through into the storage tray area witch really limits the space. I will remove them, cut them to the correct length or replace them with shorter bolts. This may seem petty but it's a big deal when your trying to utilize every inch of the space. Also I would agree with other comments a breaking system of sorts would be nice, but also understanding that it would also effect the price. Maybe as an option? Everything else went fine, it's what I expect from MORryde products.
Let’s start by saying the slid itself is 5 stars! Great product! The customer service at etrailer 5 stars! The shipping the use (T-force) -5 stars. Their tracking sucks and you can not get a hold of anyone for questions. My order arrived super late and I was not contacted before delivery. No one knew wher it was. Look at the box pictures, thankfully MORryde makes a great product.
I'm very pleased with the slide unit and ease of installation. I'm happy it came pre-assembled. It meets my needs as I'm using it in my truck, not an RV. Only modification I had to do was create an ability to 'lock' it open when the slide is out all the way, so it doesn't roll back when I'm not on level ground.
This product is great. It allows complete access to the front storage from both sides. It works well for getting quick access to toolboxes, ladders, and other items that you normally would have to dig or remove items to get to. Installation was straight forward following the instructions. The hardest thing was crawling into the opening to secure the rails to the RV.
This is a 10! Easy install (will need 2nd person). Exceeding my expectations on how well it works and the convenience of not having to climb around the storage area. Makes storage much more organized and efficient. It is also built like a tank with an 800lbs payload. My trailer is a 2025 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205s. I think I should also give a shout out to etrailer. You can buy stuff other places but the customer service, support and knowledge is world class. They are my go to for RV Trailer supplies.

The trays themselves get 5 stars. They could not be easier to install. I could not installation information on the riser kits. I turns out the 36" trays only need 4 risers each. I purchased 3 trays, so I thought I needed 3 riser kits. I now have an extra box of risers.

Only complaint is the powder coating on the frame is really thin and is pealing off in large flakes.

Some flaking will occur with these trays, however from your review it sounds excessive. Would you be able to send pictures?
Great product very heavy duty.
Install was easy. As an older RVer, things like the cord have become heavier making it awkward to store in the basement. This is not easy on vintage bodies. Having the tray slide out has tremendously helped me save my back. Highly recommend the slide outs. Just be sure to measure correctly.

This product is exactly what our company was looking for! We use it to store a heavy piece of medical equipment that we need to store in the rear hatch area of a squad truck. It is much easier now that we can simply slide the tray out and oft the chair rather than risking possible injury pulling it out by itself.
Works great for why I bought it. Portable freezer in front basement Montana fifth wheel.
Solid and well made. Highly functional. Just the thing to build out a storage solution for my Sprinter Camper Van.

The unit worked perfect for our project. We mounted in in a service truck and mounted a rew wheeler pipe threader on it. We pull the cargo slide out, lock it in place and start threading pipe behind the truck.
