5-12 Tractor tires are designed to fit 12" diameter wheels that are 4" wide, which is exactly what the Dexter Solid Center Steel Wheel # AM20112 you were looking at are.

Now to confirm that this wheel will fit the vehicle/machine you are planning on installing it on you will need to measure the bolt pattern of your current wheel following the included help article.

The # AM20112 has the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, but if you find you need a different bolt pattern just let me know.
