Question:
I just bought a 2020 Kia Soul that has the Roadmaster base plate. My RV have a 2 inch receiver and 7500 pounds of towing capacity. What do I need to complete the set up. I have pictures of the car but no numbers to verify the exact base plate.

From the attached pictures, it appears to me that you have the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms, # RM-521643-5. Based on this assumption, I suggest you attempt to verify, I suggest the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights # RM-676. This fits Roadmaster direct connect type tow-bars and has the needed safety cables and wiring all packaged together. It appears, from the plug on front of the car that you are already wired for indicator lights, again, if accurate and they are functional, this would be plug and play for you. The only other item needed, if you do not already have will be the supplemental braking for your 2020 Kia Soul.
For your situation I have the following options to recommend, the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR that is portable. This will apply the vehicles brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is a safe way to stop, reducing wear and tear on both vehicles and is easily moved between tow vehicles. Or, my preferred option(s) if you are intending to keep this as a tow vehicle for an extended period of time, the Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System part # SM99251 (Motorhomes With Hydraulic Brakes) or Air Force One Supplemental Braking System part # SM99243 (Motorhomes With Air Brakes).
In the interest of safety, when base plate height and the receiver height on the motorhome need to be within 3 inches of each other so the tow bar is within 3 inches +/- of level. If it isn't, a high/low adapter is needed. Please note the links to help article on this subject along with other product review and installation videos.
