Using The Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch With A Three Car Trailer

Question:
Hello I have a 3 car hauler wedge trailer. With the side to side pivot. Is it safe to install this on my truck to haul my 3 car trailer? To me I’m told that it’s safe others say that it’s not. I’m hesitating to get loaded now.

You should be fine towing with your Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 30,000lbs Item # C22ER but you'll want to check the weight capacity rating of the rails you're using as there are currently no rails rated for 30,000lbs. If you need help finding out the weight capacity you can reply back with the brand you have and I can confirm the weight capacity for you. As long as your loaded trailer weighs less than your capacity you should have no problems.
