Does this fit my 2019 Lexus GX460 which has flush mount side rails. Lexus makes a cross bar but I would like something that sits a little taller.

I have a great alternative for you. Unfortunately, the Thule AeroBlade Edge Crossbars will not fit your flush rails of your 2019 GX 460. However, if you are looking for a roof rack system that sits higher, I recommend the following roof rack setup:
