Can Lock N Roll 336VS511 Articulating Hitch Be Used in Both Rise or Drop Position

Can this part be installed the opposite way to increase height instead of lowering height, ie:upside down?

It sure can. The # 336VS511 Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch can be used in either the rise or the drop position, it will offer an either 2-1/2 rise or drop, depening on which orientation the ball mount is installed in.
