Looking to see if a Thule Apex XT Bike Rack 4 bikes will fit this hitch?

I have another option for you, but the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT you were looking at measures 7-1/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the bike rack, and when we had a chance to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76082 on a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC like yours we found that from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outward edge of the bumper measured 6". You could use this one, but it is pretty close with 1-1/4 inches of clearance.

Instead, I recommend going with the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Rack # TH934XTR which measures 13-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the bike rack, so you will have more than enough clearance.

This rack is very similar to the # TH9025XT as they both can carry four bikes, but the # TH934XTR is limited to bikes weighing no more than 35lbs each.
