Can I buy just the 2 side pieces, not the top and bottom?

Yes, we do carry just the side spacers. I confirmed with Demco that the part you need is the Replacement Spacer Block for D10 Demco Actuator # 10964. These spacers will work only for DA10 and DA20 actuators.
