Question:
i want to install 2 maxxfan deluxe units in my van, is there a way to keep the remotes working separately? Do they have more than 1 channel capability? how do you keep from having both fans respond to one remote?

Expert Reply:
The remote of the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K uses infrared light to send signals. The only way to stop one remote from controlling both at once is to spread out the proximity of them so that one sensor will not receive the signal or install a Replacement Wall Control Panel for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent Item # MA59FR which will wire to the unit to avoid using the IR signals to control the units.
