Replacement hardware is not included with either of the replacement parts you mentioned:
- Replacement Tongue for Yakima HoldUp EVO Bike Racks # 8880826
- Replacement Spine Assembly for Yakima HoldUp Evo Bike Carrier # 8880824
You would need to re-use the hardware that you have with your Yakima HoldUp EVO Bike Rack.
