Is the 2 Inch U-Bolt in the Hollywood Racks Dual Size Hitch Tightener Available Separately

Question:
I just received a Hollywood HR1700 rack from etrailer. I would like to get a second hitch tightener for a 2 inch receiver hitch. The listing I see includes two of them one for a 2inch and one for a 1 1/4 inch receiver. Can I buy just the one I need?
