Yes, the Erickson Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # EM07707 will fit your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi (both the 6-1/2ft and the 8-foot bed). It is important to note that the hardware to install the bed rail clamps to the bed are not included with this kit.
For tie-down straps for for the ladder rack, I recommend the Erickson Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 5-1/2' - 300 lbs - Qty 4 # 05605.
