Question:
I drive a 2013 transit connect, and purchased these bars from your site a few years ago, they are great! But im Just curious if there were kayak holders specifically designed for the RLZ02-DC roof bars? They are a bit thicker over all than your typical bars, and i dont like straping kayaks directly to them because its not technically correct and you can crush them if you tighten too much. Just curious if there was a product on your site that would fit these?

A great option to transporting kayaks on your 2013 Ford Transit Connect with the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack w/ 2 Heavy-Duty Crossbars for Ford Transit Connect - Pad Mount - 50" Long item # RLZ01-DC is the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading item # S512-S512X. The folding design of the Rhino-Rack 2 will allow you to carry up to 2 kayaks on their sides safely and securely. The carrier also comes with 4 specially designed tie-down straps with padded hooks that secure the watercraft to your roof-rack crossbars. In addition, the carrier comes with 4 bow and stern tie-downs. In order to attach the Rhino-Rack 2 to your heavy-duty crossbars, you will need to purchase the Crossbar Adapters for Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carriers item # KC-FK8
