Do the rollers come with wobble roller retaining rings or do I have to order them separately?

The CE Smith Ribbed Wobble Rollers for Boat Trailers - Rubber - 3/4" and 1-1/8" Shafts - Qty 4 # CE29210 you were looking at includes 4 smaller washers, 4 larger washers, and the 4 retaining clips so you do not need to order them separately.
