Instead you will need to measure your lug nuts, or find the size of the socket used to remove the lug nuts.
The Wheel Masters Lug Nut Covers - Stainless Steel - 1-1/2" - Qty 6 # WM8012 you were looking at were designed to fit 1-1/2" lug nuts, so if that is what you have on your trailer this would be the correct option for you.
