Replacement Circuit Board for MaxxFan 4951KS

Question:
I can open the fan lid from the wall control but when the fan turns on it closes and turns off. If i turn the fan on it tries to open, opens about 2 inches and the turns off and closes. I unplugged the circuit board but when I reconnected no change. what should I focus on

It does sound like you need a new circuit board for the 4951KS that you have based on what you described from your vent. So for that you'd want the part # MA10A04751KS and you'd be set.
