I have recently purchased the TTORTAC4A and need a bolt. How can I bbn purchase a new one or at least give me the size the type of bolt, thread... Thanks!

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTAC4A for your 1999 Toyota Tacoma uses 4 FHSCS 3/8" x 1-1/2" fine thread UNC grade 5 bolts.
The Timbren part number F12063-653 can be ordered from Timbren if you want the exact part from the manufacturer as we currently do not carry this as a replacement part.
