There won't actually be any lift added on your 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the addition of the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709.
These air bags are going to do a superb job of adding support to your truck's suspension, but I verified with Firestone that they won't give your truck any amount of lift. They will be able to help level it out when the back end is sagging, like when you are towing or are hauling a heavy load, but otherwise won't lift the truck.
The Firestone # F2709 are definitely the best choice for heavy-duty air bags because they are made with four layers of reinforced rubber, which is a thicker, more reliable construction than other air bags which have just two layers of rubber.
During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530.
Also, I highly recommend adding a compressor, because it makes adjusting and maintaining the air pressure in the bags much more convenient, and for that the best option is the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy-Duty Compressor # F2097.
