What Fit kit for rapid traverse foot for 2001 vw jetta what will work best? Cant find # THKIT1051

We do have another kit that will work, but unfortunately the Thule Rapid Traverse Foot Pack is no longer an active product. Thule does not have an active item that will fit your 2001 Volkswagen Jetta. I like the looks of the Yakima Jetstream Crossbars # Y00425 with the Baseline Towers # Y28TR and this fit kit # Y06166. You're not loosing anything by going with Yakima. They have accessory T-Slots on top and the bar is basically the same as the Thule Aero Bars. The only difference is that the Baseline towers are smaller and less noticeable on your roof compared the the Rapid Travers Foot Pack.
I've used this system on a 2013 Jetta that you should check out! I've included a video for you to watch and see it's features and how it installs.
