What part number would correspond to Yakima BaseClips BC 121B30-4 and BC 129 B58-5? Also, can baseclips and baseline towers be ordered separately without purchasing the entire kit with crossbars?

All of the parts you're looking for can be purchased separately, so you can re-use existing crossbars for your 2011 Toyota Tundra. The parts you're looking for that correspond to your BC121 with B-30 clip and #4 Landing pad can be found with Yakima part # Y06129. The BC129 with B-58 clip and #5 landing pad is available with part # Y06121.
If you don't already have the Yakima Base Line Towers you can get 4 of those with part # Y28TR.
