Can Thule Hullavator Kayak Carrier Install on Volkswagen Jetta Sedan

hi i am looking into a Thule Hullavator Pro for my Volkswagen jetta would the Thule Hullavator Pro work for my car ?

I don't know what year Jetta you have but the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 does fit most factory crossbars as well as aftermarket bars as long as the crossbars extend past the feet of the rack 4-8 inches. If you can let me know what year Jetta you have and what the roof looks like now I can see what exactly it would take to install the Hullavator.

I ordered a hullavoator pro for my 2019 jetta R Line. what else do indeed to purchase. I plan on calling VW to order cross bars.

@Tara So you'd need an aftermarket roof rack for your 2019 Jetta since the Hullavator does not fit on OEM crossbars since they do not extend past the feet of the rack. The best option would be the Thule Wingbar Evo rack part # TH711400, # TH710501, # TH145204.
